Modulating Burner produce the exact heat quantity, this is required at any time. The adjustment is automatic, by means of a highly sensitive control system. An electronic controller is used to monitor the actual values compared with the required values, and to issue accurate switching commands to the modulating drive unit. The motor not only controls the continuous increase or decrease in the burner output, but also matches the supply of fuel and air by means of a coupled controlled device in such an optimum way that complete combustion is guaranteed throughout the modulating range.
