OPH Unit filters, heats & pumps furnace oil to oil fired furnaces, kilns, ovens, dryers, boilers at 15-20 kg/cm2 at 100 Deg C. The furnace oil is filtered through coarse inlet basket strainer, heated to desire temperature & filtered again through fine outlet basket strainer before being pumped to be fired in boiler furnaces. Use of fuel oil handling system minimizes start up and operating difficulties in boilers & furnaces and also reduce maintenance costs. Duplex unit consists of 2 nos. inlet filters in parallel, followed by 2 nos. gear pumps, one heater unit followed by outlet filters. Any excess fuel, which is not required by the burner, is returned back to the heating and pumping unit.
